Support Movement Against Ragging

Support us

We shall be glad to acknowledge any kind of Support to our movement against ragging.

SAVE, like any other non profit organization needs financial supports from kind sponsors in order to run and extend its several services and activities. We are a registered Indian non-profit.

Currently, we direly and urgently need support for the following -

Office -

The space available with us in our present office, offered by a kind sponsor, is grossly inadequate to run our activities properly.

In addition, we need to have some full time personnel to continue and to also to expand activities smoothly.

At present, everyone is volunteer and may only manage to work on a part-time basis, voluntarily. But employments of a few full time personnel is an urgent need.

Victim support cells -

SAVE has been running support facilities for ragging victims, thanks to some kind and noted Psychiatrists and Counselors.

This facility needs to be expanded, as well as extended to other places, at least one in every state / Union Territory.

For setting up and running such victim support facilities, any help from Lawyers/Psychiatrists/Psychologists or other related persons and support from other sponsors are highly required.

Projects -

SAVE runs several projects to spread the awareness against ragging with an aim to create a strong public mandate against ragging. These include, organizing seminars / symposia, maintaining and updating this website, publishing newsletters, making campus visits, organizing competitions for spreading the awareness, etc.

Activities also include case verification and follow-up, preparing reports, research activities, guide willing institutions on anti ragging measures to prevent / curb ragging etc. which also require financial supports.

Moral/Ethical/Professional/ Other Supports

Moral & ethical support is needed from every conscientious citizen. We need professional help from lawyers, doctors, teachers, law-keeping authorities, administrative officials, politicians, journalists, industrialists, corporate officials ... etc.

We respect any kind of support towards the movement.

We shall be highly thankful if you may please inform us about any kind of support that you may provide to the movement.
